a. Pricing

All product prices on the Kiromart website are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. However, for orders confirmed before the price change, the original price will be honored.

b. Product Availability

We strive to ensure that all products displayed on the website are always available. However, there may be instances where a product you ordered goes out of stock before we can process it. If this happens, we will offer two options: either suggest a substitute product or issue a full refund for your order.

c. Payment

We accept payments via PayPal and Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through the PayPal payment gateway. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

d. Order Placement and Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email (including: ordered product details, shipping address, payment method, total amount) after you complete the order process and successful payment. Please note that our sending of a confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order, but merely confirms that we have received your request.

e. Information Errors

Occasionally, information regarding products or prices may contain errors due to typos or technical issues, despite our continuous efforts to ensure accuracy. In cases of significant errors in information such as descriptions or prices, Kiromart reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. We will issue a full refund for the order value you paid in such cases.

We only accept orders and ship to addresses within the states of the USA. A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

The estimated total delivery time (including processing and shipping) is 8-12 business days. This includes:

• Order processing time: 1-2 business days
• Shipping time: 7-10 business days (after the order is dispatched)

We accept returns/refunds for products with defects attributable to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. The product must have its tags intact, be unused, and not damaged due to customer fault. You do not need to return the defective product; simply provide images/videos in your return/refund request email for us to verify the defect. Once we confirm your request, we will send a replacement product (if available) or process a refund to your original payment within approximately 4-9 business days (depending on the service and bank you use).

All content displayed on the Kiromart website is the property of Kiromart or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. No part of the website may be copied, distributed, published, republished, downloaded, or posted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Kiromart. Kiromart (its directors, employees, partners, suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

The website and products of Kiromart are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted, securely, or error-free, or that the website or the servers that make the website available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Kiromart does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or results that may be obtained from the use of the website or the products.

Implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights shall not apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Kiromart, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims. liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or services, or your violation of these Terms. This commitment remains in effect even if you stop using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, regardless of its conflict of law principles. Given that Kiromart is registered in Texas, the laws of Texas shall take precedence in case of legal conflict.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the website or products shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties within 45 days. If no agreement is reached after this period, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and non-appealable.

You agree that any disputes with Kiromart will be resolved on an individual basis only and will not be brought as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

These Terms, along with related policies published on the website (including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Kiromart. This agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Kiromart's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
