Once your payment is complete and your order is confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Order processing time typically ranges from 1-2 business days, depending on order volume and available staff.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CDT will be processed on the next business day.
b. Shipping Time
After your order is processed, it will be shipped to the address you provided. Shipping typically takes approximately 7-10 business days from the moment your order is dispatched.
Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within an estimated total of 8-12 business days (including order processing time and shipping time).
Important note: This timeframe may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, shipping carrier errors, or peak shopping seasons (including major U.S. holidays).

We utilize FedEx and UPS services to deliver your order to you.
Please note: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We apply a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.
