I. Shipping

Orders are typically expected to be delivered within 8-12 business days (including order processing and shipping time). You can check the status of your order on our Order Tracking page by entering your tracking number.

If you wish to send orders to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.

Don't worry, your package is still in transit. There are several reasons that the tracking status might not be updated, or it could simply be updating slower than the actual progress.

If your order hasn't been successfully delivered and it's been more than 30 days since the order date, you can request a refund or a reshipment. Please be patient if it's been less than 30 days and the tracking information is still available/updating. While we strive to provide accurate estimates at checkout, there are instances where orders may be slightly delayed due to processing or shipping.

II. Return & Refund

Yes, you can. To prevent situations where you order the wrong size and cannot return/exchange the product (we only accept returns/refunds for orders with errors on our part), we provide a timeframe for customers to change/cancel their orders. Specifically, you can change (size, quantity, address) or cancel your order within 8 hours from the time of placing it by contacting us via email at [email protected].

If you contact us after this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped.

You can request a return/refund for your order within 30 days from the date of receipt if the product has an error on our part. You will not incur any costs. Learn more about the cases we accept and do not accept returns/refunds in our Return & Refund Policy.

Unfortunately, we only accept returns/refunds for products with errors on our part. Therefore, you cannot return an item for personal reasons (no longer needed). We always encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.

For orders with errors on our part, you do not need to return the faulty product. Therefore, no one will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
